Welcome to your new Outlook.com inbox!

Your inbox is new, but your Hotmail email address, login and password, saved emails and rules and filters are still the same

Outlook.com is the free, modern email service from Microsoft. More than just email, Outlook.com brings services like Office Web Apps and SkyDrive into your inbox, and helps keep you in control of your private data.

Outlook.com's layout is designed to help you get through your inbox with fewer clicks and some menu locations have changed. Here are some tips to get you started:

Using the toolbar

Click any email in your inbox, and the full menu bar will appear with options including replying to or forwarding messages, managing junk email, and printing.

Start a new email

To compose a new email, click "New". To add a recipient, click "To", or click the box just below it.

Reply all or forward messages

To reply all or forward a message, click the down arrow next to "Reply".

Print an email

On the main menu bar, click the "..." symbol.

Viewing contacts, calendar, or SkyDrive

To see your contacts (now called People), calendar, or SkyDrive click the down arrow next to the Outlook.com logo in the upper left.

Adding folders

To add a new folder, right-click "Folders", then click "Add a new folder".

Options

To personalize your inbox appearance and see more mail settings, click the cog icon on the right side of the menu bar next to your name.

Sign out and Protect Your Account

To sign out of your Microsoft account, click your name, then click "Sign out". You can also add more security information to your account, which will help verify your account if security issues arise.

Với trình duyệt web Opera@usb 12.01, nhiều lần mình không sign out được, phải close tab từ menu của file.
